QUALITY POLICY
It is the policy of Rapco for Contracting & Industrial Services Co. to provide services related to “EPC, Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of General Civil works, Building Construction, Piping, HVAC, Electro-Mechanical Works, Construction of Temporary Facilities/Offices/Camp, Manufacturing of Prefabricated Metal Building and general Fabrication Works. Provision of Transportation services, Cleaning Services, Infrastructure, Building Maintenance Services, IT & telecommunication, Safety and Fire System, Trading of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment and Material”. Rapco for Contracting & Industrial Services Co. is committed to comply with the requirement of the customers and to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. It must be clearly understood that this Quality Policy, Quality Manual and associated Procedures and systems are mandatory on all staff.
As part of our strategic direction, stated in our Vision and Mission, we are committed to;

- Continually improving the effectiveness of our adopted Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Review our objectives and achievements periodically for continual performance improvement of processes.
- Plan and evaluate our processes via consideration of the associated business Risk.
- Ensure that this Quality Policy is communicated to all concerned Departments and understood by everyone within Rapco for Contracting & Industrial Services Co.
- Periodically review our Quality Policy to maintain relevance with International Standards.
- Maintain the flexibility to integrate other related management system requirements.
- Maintain the prestigious position as one of the best Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

QMS DOCUMENTATION STRUCTURE
Rapco for Contracting & Industrial Services Co. in consideration to commitment for continual improvement, demonstrated in the Quality Policy, continually improves the system in order to meet customer requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction. This shall be carried out through the use of the Quality Policy, Quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective actions, opportunities for improvements and management reviews.
Rapco for Contracting & Industrial Services Co. considers the results of the analysis and evaluation, and the outputs from the Management review, to determine if there are needs or opportunities, which shall be addressed as part of the continual improvement.
